Rossbeigh Beach is a beautiful unspoilt beach and is a 15 minute walk from Glenbeigh Village. Rossbeigh beach has nearly 4 miles of uninterrupted sand. Inch can be seen across the bay and Cromane fishing village can be seen from the eastern side of the beach. The beach is great for swimming, surfing, windsurfing, sea kayaking, fishing and strolling, There is a trained lifeguard on duty through  the summer months. The mud flats on the eastern side is home to thousands of sea birds and some fantastic bird watching. The beach has an enclosed playground, a picnic area, tennis court and a super combined basketball and soccer court. The Glenbeigh Racing festival is held on the beach in late August. Rossbeigh is a designated natural heritage area and a 'Special Area of Conservation'.
